SCHOLARSHIPS FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIPS

BIGS Travelling Scholarship - Available to current local and international BIGS and BIGS/LLB students, the BIGS Travelling Scholarship assists students undertaking a period of exchange that will be credited towards their degree.

FASS International Exchange Scholarship - Available to international undergraduate students the FASS International Exchange Scholarship assists students undertaking a period of approved exchange that will be credited towards their degree.

POSTGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIPS

FASS International Postgraduate Coursework Scholarship (IPCS) - Available to citizens of any country other than Australia and who are enrolling as an international student undertaking a Postgraduate Coursework degree for the first time, The Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences offers a limited number of IPCS each year. The Faculty reserves the right to prioritise students undertaking certain courses for these awards.

Sydney Achievers International Scholarship - Available to international students, these prestigious scholarships are aimed at attracting high achieving, academically meritorious, international students to enjoy the ‘Sydney experience’ at one of the finest institutions of higher education in the world.

Research Training Program (RTP) stipend plus fee offset and University of Sydney International Scholarship (USydIS) - Available to international students commencing full-time enrolment in a higher degree by research for the first time.

Postgraduate Research Support Scheme (PRSS) - Available to local and international students. The PRSS provides direct support for currently enrolled postgraduate research students.

Doctoral Research Travel Grant Scheme - Available to local and international students. This scheme is for doctoral candidates who have completed at least one year of their full-time candidature, or part-time equivalent. It cover expenses incurred for research undertaken outside of Sydney.
